Blackspot Funding 2015 /16 Package 2- Install animal fencing, reflectors and upgrade signage

fencingAs part of the annual Federal Road safety Blackspot funding, animal fencing will be installed along the Tuggeranong parkway from Sulwood Drive in Kambah to the Cotter Road overpass at Curtin, Woden.  Of particularly interest to Woden and Weston residents will be the new fencing installed at the Hindmarsh Drive / Tuggeranong parkway overpass.

The Installation of the new fencing, while it will have a visual impact on the green space, it is hoped that it will prevent animals particularly Kangaroos from wandering onto the Tuggeranong parkway and Hindmarsh drive.  The full tender drawings can be viewed here:
