The ACT Planning and Land Authority (ACTPLA) is proposing Draft Variation No. 288 for the former Burnie Court site. The draft variation, if approved, will change the current 3 storey medium density residential zone to allow up to 6 storey residential development across the site with a 10 storey tower on the north-east corner.
