The Woden Valley Community Council (WVCC) objects the above development application to amalgamate blocks C and D incorporating four units relocated from block B. The reason for the objection is specified in the attached objection but is primarily due to the scale of the development on the site resulting in a number of unacceptable compromises outlined in the attached.
