Proposal: COMMERCIAL – ADDITION & ALTERATION TO EXISTING BUILDING & SIGNAGE – Addition of delivery bay to existing car showroom. Changes to exterior finishes (principally Alucobond cladding and paint) and changes to signage on site. Replacement of some site bitumen with concrete and replacement of some exterior light fixtures.
