Proposal: PUBLIC WORKS. Proposed construction of temporary gravel car parking, required due to the loss of existing car parking spaces on Sections 3 and 9 Phillip during the construction of a major mixed use development on those blocks. The proposal includes (33) 90-degree off-street spaces accessed from Easty Street. The site is proposed to be reinstated to its original condition once the temporary parking is no longer required.
