Proposal: COMMUNITY FACILITY-CANBERRA COLLEGE CARES FACILITY-NEW BUILDING-CAR PARK. Proposed construction of a new single storey building to accommodate the Canberra College Cares program and associated children’s play area, internal courtyard, and a new external equipment store associated with the children’s play area. A new car park and setdown area extended from the existing car park. Covered walkway structures connecting the main building to the new facility. A new screen carport adjacent to the new car park.
