Representatives from Hindmarsh Group (on behalf of the Hindmarsh/Land Development Agency joint venture) will present information on the proposed Woden Green development that has been featured in the media recently.

The proposal includes a 35 storey tower block and possibly four other towers of up to 20 storeys.
It is envisaged Woden Green, bounded by Hindmarsh Drive and Callam Street, Phillip, will accommodate over 3,000 people.
At this stage no development application has been submitted to ACTPLA, however this is a good opportunity for you to come and express your views and any concerns.
