On just over 1 hectare, the ACT Government has approved 4 towers that will have 797 apartments and around 50 hotel rooms – this is very high density.
While the sign says the trees will be replaced, it would be preferable to keep the established street trees, even if it meant a smaller building that is set back to allow enough room for the cycle path to continue past WOVA to the town centre.
